Vibration monitor EEX ia IIC 120.3

The vibration monitor type 120.3 is determined for the machines vibrations monitoring till the temperature of measured surface 80°C. It is determined for the environment with the explosive risk of steams and gases, namely for the group number II (surface devices) in all categories. It is used for the monitoring of big machines operation status in the chemical industry, e.g. the monitoring of centrifugal apparatuses. Measured quantity is the RMS vibrations velocity with the presentation on the display and remote signalization by relay contacts.

The vibration monitor consist of the vibration sensor ASV3EX with the current output (4-20) mA, connecting cable - conventional twin-lead in the lenght till 500 m - and power supply and evaluation apparatus NAP3EX.

Sensors type ASV3EX are standardly produced with the measuring range 20, 50 or 100 mm/s and with frequency range from 3 or 10 Hz to 1 kHz. The electronics of sensor type ASV3EX is power supplied directly by a two-wire connecting cable from the NAP3EX apparatus, sensor type ASV3EX behaves like the passive sensor with the current take-off equal to the measured quantity. The sensor is constructly designed in a box from the special semiconductive plastic material with the terminal board for connection of the connecting cable placed under the upper cap. The sensor´s sealing is IP65, its size is (75x80x56) mm

The NAP3EX monitor has to be placed out of dangerous enviroment. It is equipped by a digital display of mesured quantity and by three comparators with the setting of measured quantity comparative level. The output of comparators status are potentialless relay contacts. The measured quantity size and comparators status indication are permanently sight by a glass peep-hole in the upper cover of the NAP3EX apparatus. The apparatus sealing is IP65, its size is (160x260x100) mm.
